Complaint Handling Mobile Application for Dormitory Inspectors

There exists tension between students and teachers due to inefficient complaint handling. DormONE attempts to upgrade the current non-integrated, overburdened, and intolerant complaint system which causes undesired stress and inefficiency. We provide a task manager, question board, and facility map to manage, upgrade, and reveal the complaint & request handling process.
